Jeff Probst popped in on The Early Show Wednesday morning, confirming the reports that the 20 castaways for Survivor: Cook Islands will be grouped by race, with competitors divided into four tribes consisting of whites, blacks, Asians and Hispanics.

Um…okay. Next season, they’ll be grouping the castaways by blood type.

And…why are the words “Asians” and “Hispanics” capitalized while “whites” and “blacks” aren’t? Huh? Favortism? Asians are better at mental challenges, and Hispanics are better at manual labor-type tasks and navigating through caves and deserts and you just wanted to emphasize that? Huh? Huh?
