I agree with you on the kid being a brat and not excusing it, but what a waste of our law enforcement's time. Can you imagine if they're called for every kid that disobeys their parents?

Yep, I agree with you fully. That constant "ADHD" label irks the crap out of me, and is just a sorry excuse for poor parenting sometimes, methinks. It gets used more often than not by people who refuse to accept responsibility for their and their kids actions. Mind you, I'm not blanket stereotyping, as I know there are some kids with a genuine disorder.

That kid needs a good old fashioned ass whoopin', IMNSHO.

It's not one incident...Mom says, "He’s been going through life doing things … and getting away with it.”

Obviously she also figured it was a problem at this point, or she wouldn't have called the cops.

You really think it's okay the boy repeatedly, after his mom told him not to, went into his great-grandmother's house and pulled out the toy? That's not silly...that's defiance and 100% lack of respect.

Here's more of the article...

"She said he faces an expulsion hearing at his school Wednesday. Rock Hill Police Capt. Mark Bollinger said the boy took a swing at a police officer assigned to the school last month. He has been suspended from school since then."
