I don’t even want to go there! I had to give up my home phone with Vonage because it all of a sudden stopped working, and their support SUCKED! And my father had the same exact issue. I did keep my work phone, however, and that is fine. It was an issue with calling locally. What kills me is their support. Each person we talked to gave a completely different answer. It was sad, since I was a customer for over 2 years…
