The Seasonal Changing of the Purse

So much all at once…..Summer officially became Fall this weekend, the new television season officially kicks off tonight (sorry, I don’t count Fox’s premieres last week)…and I switched out handbags. Buh-bye straw tote, see you next year.
Pay no attention to the fact that it’s still 90 degrees outside every day. Halloween candy is out, I can go get Christmas decorations at Hobby Lobby if the mood strikes and I wore winter jammies last night even though the overnight low was in the upper 60s.
I’m ready for things to switch up a bit…how about you?

Yes, I did this over the weekend too….and went through and organized my closet to have access to things that once the weather begins to cooperate more on the side of the fact that it is actually Fall now….I would not be searching for it….but I too am now no longer carrying a summer purse…It is nice to know I was not the only person to fall in line with the equinox on this, even though it would be nice for some cooperation from the weather!
I am going to admit that I have already been using my brown leather purse most of the summer (sigh). I was not into my pink summer purse this year.
Funny, I just switched purses this weekend as well b/c my teal bag is kind of “open” and just won’t do for the rainy season.
I must admit I change purses about every day! I have WAY too many… On a Fall note can I get an AMEN for Apple Hill time!!
