Let’s get this out of the way…all you knitting aficionados out there…do you really put the poofy ball thing on knitted caps on the top of the knitted cap before you’re done knitting it? That bugged me all through the final few minutes of last night’s Grey’s Anatomy. I dunno, that just seems like a “finishing” sort of thing.
Does anyone care there aren’t any more original episodes of this show in the pipeline? Did anyone else besides me want to put Izzie Stevens through a meat grinder and feed her to the wild animals roaming around McDreamy’s McAwesome McProperty? Finally…but most importantly…was The Faith Healer storyline schlocky and jump-the-sharky? I mean really…Bailey’s son is healed…just like that? Too bad The Faith Healer can’t go to Meredith’s house…although at this point it would probably take six years to fix her.
And what about Rose and Derek…? Opinions? I have to admit that I got flutters in my tummy just seeing her smile at him, because Meredith has been such a poop the last three seasons..and Derek deserves someone who is willing to move Heaven and Earth for him at the same rate he would for someone he loves.
For the record, I’d like George to become the man he used to be, too. Quit being an idiot and get your house in order, already!

I am absolutely intrigued by Rose & Derek.. and the slight Alex & Izzie undertones because I don’t think Izzie & George are going to work out. I WANT Alex & Izzie to work out, though.
Hmm.. I’m honestly not sure I care that there aren’t any new episodes… which is odd because I’m a HUGE Grey’s fan.
Hm.
Now, I did like The Faith Healer telling Alex over and over that he was a good boy, even though he wasn’t a good man. I half-wonder if because Alex knew she was right…that was why he gave Izzie the opportunity to be bright yellow, as it were…and to do what she’s good at. Izzie’s no cardio god, but she’s not supposed to be.
I was watching some old, pre-Denny eps awhile back, and remembered how much I loved Alex and Izzie together when things were good between them. I’d like to get back to that, too.
Oh dear God please let the writers strike cancel some really bad shows, like say Gray’s T&A Hospital hour (running for my life from Stacy)

OH god I couldn’t agree more about this episode. I also wondered about the pompom thing and I’m almost 100% positive that it’s one of those things you add at the end.
I love the idea of something sparking up between Izzy and Alex, I’ve wanted those two together since the beginning. Rose and McDreamy, meh… I dunno, but I do know I’m sick to death of the Meredith / Derek crap.
Am I the only one who sensed something possibly happening with George and the other grey?
No…I sensed it, too…and was hoping it wasn’t what I thought it was but since you’ve mentioned it too, I must hang my head and nod in shame.
I think George needs to swear off women or the next thing you know, he’ll be hooking up with Hahn.
i am so very over grey’s anatomy, sadly.
I kind of like the Rose/Derek thing because for once it’s showing a guy that is the one who wants to get married and make the commitment, and she’s the nut case. In all fairness, it does work both ways in real life and I think TV shows often beat on the men a little too much.
